She said there is a procedure called Endometrial Ablation that she though would be a good possibility to try before going the hysterectomy route. They basically burn out the lining of the uterus. Eeeewww! It sounds dreadful, but apparently, it's much less invasive that the hysterectomy. Th
e down time is much shorter, only a couple of days vs a few weeks.What the heck!

With all our modern technology you'd think they'd be able to point a laser beam at our bodies and fix everything without being invasive at all. I hope it goes well for you...it doesn't sound like fun but if it gets you healthy then that's all that matters!
